ECL-1 implementers

The implementers registry lists implementations whose makers have declared a conformance claim to ECL-1 Version 1.0 and published the report behind it. Every listing is self-declared, and G-14 certifies nothing. The registry is part of conformance; this page is its full listing, with how to be listed and what a listing means.

The registry

No implementation is listed yet. ECL-1 Version 1.0 publication date to be announced, and listings appear here once implementers submit them.

The registry is the file community/implementers.yaml (coming soon) on the repository’s main branch, which always holds its current version, and this page shows its listings.

How to be listed

  1. Run the conformance tests on your implementation, and the offline verifier on evidence that your deployment produced.
  2. Write your claim statement with everything that Section 7.7 requires.
  3. Open a pull request that adds your entry to community/implementers.yaml, with the claim and the conformance report: the results of the tests and the verifier’s output. Every commit carries a DCO sign-off.
  4. The editors check that the submission is complete and list it as self-declared.

What a listing means

  • A listing records that its maker declares the claim shown and has published the report behind it. The editors check that the submission is complete, not that the claim is true.
  • Every listing is self-declared. G-14 certifies nothing, and no certification program or certification mark is authorized.
  • An assessor’s assessment of a claim is listed separately, with the assessor’s name and the date, when the implementer provides it.
  • A claim covers only the system, the level, and the boundary that it states. Read the claim, the report, and any assessment before relying on a listing.

To correct a listing, open an issue or a pull request in the repository.
